No it's not Ooby. The show "Jersey Shore" is like the video but I live in New Jersey and when we refer to the Jersey shore we mean we are going to the beach and it's nothing like the video.
The word "guido" used in the video is an Italian slang word and almost as bad as the "N" word. Not a good idea to say it to an Italian man...

It's funny but I was thinking of you when I posted this thread. I said to myself I bet montecito will get a kick out of this video.
Oh and BTW, I moved to Virginia from NJ where I had a house in North Haledon, I also lived in Hackensack (2 places), Pequannock, and Hawthorne. I also drove a truck all over the "Garden State" and worked as an auto mechanic in NJ for at least 15 years and had 2 gas stations in Rochelle Park and Saddlebrook and a shop in Lodi. So there isn't a whole lot I don't know about your lovely state. Don't take that video so seriously it's just comedy.

I know it's comedy for you and me but New Jersey has a reputation for being the mob state or the pollution state and I don't want our fellow peeps to think badly about my little 'ol state Right now New Jersey has the highest car insurance rates in the nation. It's a very expensive state to live in....more then California. You would think that taxes would be low with all the industry and pharmaceutical headquarters but real estate taxes are way out there.
BTW, you wrote Rochelle Park. Did you mean Roselle Park. Isn't Rochelle Park in New York?

Thanks for the post Scooby Doo.
No I meant Rochelle Park, it's 1 square mile bedroom community zip 07662 up in the Hackensack, Maywood area. Screwy little town. I had a gas station there I nearly got shut down because I put a sign out front. The town had it in for anybody who occupied the location because the oil co sued the town to build a gas station there and won. I didn't find this out until after I signed the contract. The town made my life a living hell til I finally moved.

And yes, it's really like that.
