As usual (kinda like CS threads) I just got the tail end of it....This Girl is friends with a guy but wants more...His friends have said that they think he likes her...
Some of the advice given was...well go out and have a few jars with him(the great Irish way lol)and then make a move on him...well not exactly that but give him more than a hug...

Talk to his friends and let him know that you are interested..
The presenter(Male) asked...why could she not ask him straight out?
The Co presenter...female said No Way...
What would you do?

I have learned that you cant make someone like/love you. All you can do is stalk them and hope they'll panic and give in.
I jest of course.. tell him straight, no point in beating about the bush.

IMO there is a lot wrong with this story!
How can you be friends with someone you fancy and "want more" from?
That is a bit deceptive in my books....you could never relax and just be yourself....you would always be looking to impress the person or jump on them
Then if she does make the move and he does not fancy her back, what happens to the friendship? (that is probably down the crapper!)
So he loses a friend. (even one who was only friends for ulteriour motives!)
Am all for honesty but would hesitate in making a complete fool of myself!
Sounds like this girl on the radio story is watching too many Hollywood chick flicks!

Well the only one I know on here says shes a crabby woman and all seem to be fairly though skinned - or at least the ones I know - and Galway girls are some of the toughest - they have broken many hearts - so you are the first softie - on here !

seriously I can see how it would be brilliant....but my problem with it is how do you suddenly fancy someone or feel chemistry with them if it was not there in the first place?
