And while I know Bangladesh has a poor track record on women's rights, human rights and are known to torture bomb and murder each other far more than any loose idiotic comparison to a western Republican, I see that backward thinking people from that cesspool of violence and repression still manage to get out on the net once in awhile to attempt to spew propaganda from their septic pulpit.

Notice how Obama (who took office promising to end the wars immediately) is still expanding the wars with excursions into Pakistan, Libya, and now Uganda.
Of course they do. At the end of the day the world is ruled by public servants (or whatever they call those people in the united states). Governments change and give their orders to the public servants who find ways of keeping things going that they know are really important and watering down or delaying what they know to be tosh.
