Well it seem fundamentally wrong to me to deny the people of certain countries access just because there are wrongdoers among them.
Thats not particular to these countries, and as you say, the scammers are active and well on the site anyway.
my second point is that in the end, connectingsingles staff should not babysit ppl, warnings, reminders and such are good, because the concern is valid but it is enough. especially when the opposite removes the valuable social equality.
