Actually because I am out of the house a few evenings a week; I usually just stick to a spinach salad or will have some spinach with skinless boiled chicken. I also will drink a spinach smoothie or water.

wow, that's news to me that people in Australia call a dinner tea! I made a sallad with red beans, cucumber, apple, tomatoes, dill and onion. for a real tea i love grean jasmine tea, smells delicious

In the UK some people call their evening meal "tea" as well, others call "supper" and others call call it "dinner" if it´s their main meal of the day ... At least that´s what I gathered while I lived there!!!
Tonight I had sauted prawns and esparagus with garlic and added 2 (extremely fresh) eggs at the end ... a bit like an omelet ...

Yeah!!! Thanks KB!!! I´m very well!! My lappy has been broken for months and I mostly couldn´t be bothered to go up to the internet place ... I did loads of stuff while I wasn´t online though!! Well, apart from finding myself a guy that is!!
Fortunately a friend bought bought himself a new lappy and gave me his old one!

Awwwwww!! And did I mention the delectable bar of chocolate with almonds and the cocktail of herb teas like orange blosson + lavender + lemon verbena + pinch of red tea + pinch of mint + fresh ginger that I enjoyed for "afters"?
