Merriweather: I was urged by a colleague to participate in a Flu virus phase 2 trial. so I decided, alrighty, sounds OK.. money sounded OK.. so I bounced off to the hospital. Silly me... I was bouncing on Wednesday, but the last two days, I have been so very tired and barely managing to keep my eyes open, my joints have been sore, and I now wonder what on earth possessed me..
Does anyone else do silly things like this..??

Thank you for doing the trial Merri, but I dont even have the normal flu shot as the time I did I had cold after cold for over 3 months, even my Doc reckoned I shouldnt have it.

I will still need a flu shot after this, for the strains that are going around in winter... I have one everyyear... I find it helps as I work in and around lots of people.. Besides, they would not be able to give out these flu shots if they dont test them first... on people... so I did my bit...
Anyway, Just saying... some other person their had the shot, and it had a queer effect on him... made his blood pressure go up. and that was not all that was up...
