after you make the offer $20 or if it makes you feel better $25 laugh you receive an email in your eBay messages which is found by clicking on My eBay link top right of the eBay page, a copy of your offer and messages should also be sent to the email address you put in your eBay profile

Right then Rob... thank you for all your help...
So, I know where to go if the offer on Ebay is not accepted... I put in $20 ... after I realized I could get a new one for $30 ... although, the heavy duty part sorta got me hooked... those pots that I need to move are extremely heavy... big square cement ones..

and the one on Ebay looked at bit smaller in height.. so now its a wait and see to what happens... either accept or rejected... will let you know...

Thank you again, kindly for your help... cheers

Oh be very wary of Ebay I purchased a set of Air Tools from Direct Deals (my fav online store)for $79 on Ebay they were $159 exactly the same.

A lot of bargains are to be had on Ebay But also a lot of stuff is really overpriced and cheap rubbish too... always always ......check elsewhere as well as the buying power of big stores makes a difference.

Gosh, so you were lucky that you managed to get your tools for $79. I will be careful, thanks Martia.. I am not likely to spend too much time on Ebay... I spend hours on Bluefly and purchase from there. I find that I got the best bargains because I elected to have emails sent.

So, all in all today, a very productive day... laugh

In response to: was just wondering, as i saw a demo on a tv ad about how good they are, cuts through everything with twin blades and works backwards and forwards.was wondering how much they are,as they are not sold in shops

If you are refering to the Omni saws, I did a little bit of research on them as they look like a great tool.
Unfortunately most reviews from buyers, rubbish the saw and the companys customer service. Here is a link to 1 site with a bunch of reviews, most complain about the motor burning out very quickly.

Hey ah... welcome to the threads and thanx for your imput... cswelcome

not surprised tho... if they seem to do all that is mentioned, I am sure that a smallish motor would burn out in a hurry... uh oh

yes the rules
* Once you send the offer to the seller, the seller has 48 hours to decide whether to accept your offer or decline it.
* If the seller declines your offer, you will be notified that your offer has been declined. At that point, you can choose to make another Best Offer.
* If the seller does nothing and 48 hours elapse, your offer expires. Expired offers show up as "Expired" in you're My eBay account. If your offer expires (neither declined nor accepted), you'll have to choose another option for bidding on this item.
* If the seller accepts your offer, you automatically win the item.

So the seller has declined your offer of $20

just leave it say nothing
