A few hours ago I answered a guys question in a thread. He was upset about his various electronic products being scammed, hacked into, what-have-you. I said that I felt it was better if people back up a little, so to speak, and I believe the wording used by me was to make real friendships, with real people, etc... Now, all of that is erased out and I can't even remember the guy's name to somehow let him know it wasn't meant as a "bad" thing. Tell me, anyone out there is CS land, why the heck is this always happening? There was absolutely nothing wrong or foreboding in any way shape or form about this conversation. I don't get it.

Either the guy himself was some sort of scammer with multiple profiles and got found out...

Or

He made some allusion to what was happening to his gadgets being done by a CS member,or got construded that way ...

Or he himself asked for the thread to be pulled if he regretted putting itout in the open ...

dunno

I wish they would pull all these scrabble and word game threads. All they do is clutter up the forum with drivel.

The word games has helped me to discover another side of my otherwise very serious personality. I've understood that the fun part of life is also something that can make you grow as a human being. I believe it helps me to know where and when it's time to play and when it's time for being serious.
I've been involved in inter-religious dialogue in the Middle East between Jews, Muslims and Christians in Israel and Palestine and if you knew me as I was before, I could have been posting a lot about these issues.

Therefore CS is a good place for various activities from serious to hilariously fun and totally crazy.

But everyone is free to disagree. That's the beauty of it all.

I agree with you there... there seems to be more of them than 'proper' threads, do they have nothing better to do than play scrabble all day?
