No such thing as too much money, there is such a thing as not enough.
I wouldn't spend any of the initial sum, I would invest it for a guaranteed return, and live on that.

Give everyone in my family a big share. Pay for all education of the kids. Invest the rest and live of the returns.

I would build my 3 story dream house ,have a drawing of it kept for the past 10 years
I would buy a CBR Fireblade for me
I would buy loads of new clothes
I would give a million each to my children, parents, siblings and close friends.
I would buy up some of the abandoned houses in Ireland, do them up and give them to single parents and the homeless.
I would invest some of in shares and give the profits to charities regularly.
I would also very quickly "Disappear," for a while, till all the fuss has dies down, and then use all the begging letters as fire lighters.

I wwouldn't spend it. I'd simply bank it off shore live of the interest and make more.

I had this conversation with a mate of mine the day of the draw
and with that much money I reckon I would be in a position
to make life a little easier for a lot of other people .
I would donate a lot of that money but not so much that it broke me
maybe 130 million and keep 10 million for my friends and family
cancer research poverty and diseases you'd be in a position to make a difference
of course Id do my research and make educated donations not stupid ones
