I'm sure you will beat it if your running, back in the day when I was a lot fitter than I am now I walked a 10k around same time as you

A mini marathon is a total contradiction made up to make people feel good about themselves...Its like a tiny giant or dry rain....

It seems a mini marathon can be any distance the organisers want it to be. A half marathon is a little over 13 miles, about 21k. Flora Mini Marathon is based on the average distance a woman does while shopping in Dublin, 10k. But I heard of a 5k 'marathon' recently in a Co Galway town..

Another one??? Did a couple of them a long time ago. Back in the day when I was fit and you were still only a twinkle in your mothers eye.
But if you want to race 26 miles around the streets of Dublin in October'13 I'm sure it could be arranged..

sorry was using my phone it's so slow, i meant i did 12 miles a few weeks back, and that i would regularly walk 10k and that i would walk the 12k millie did quicker than she ran itfairstein: im very happy knocked a minute off my last time as a treat i did an extra 1500mtrs just for you lol
