Only recently cos I put a gym in my house I may end up having a heart attack by the end of the year laugh

Really missus id be in heaven if i had my own gym but then twud be no fun id have to get a blow up muscler man to look at laugh

Have u ever tried push ups on the swiss ball ?? great for balance and toning ur tummy ive gotton stronger in my upper arms since i started them and my tummy is toning heaps thumbs up

Have u ever tried push ups on the swiss ball ?? great for balance and toning ur tummy ive gotton stronger in my upper arms since i started them and my tummy is toning heaps

Lol I was in a gym before all those muscle men are mega into themselves roll eyes No never tried the swiss ball I have an ab roller for the sit ups its easier on the back and neck. I have a sit up bench thing but its a killer on the back so thats sitting against the wall gathering dust laugh

thanks millieh will try that, as for the blow up man from some of the guys here thinks hes the way to go lol

Theres two exercises i can think off that i can do on the sit up bench but cant think of the names off the top of my head but some of the back exercises i cant do on the floor thats why i use the ball for the push ups and sit ups etc .... ive a big exercise book with all the exercises in it its vvery handy !!

Lol - make sure tho when u go forward on it that u have good balance and keep ur tummy in tight and cross ur legs if u can behind ... it works for me but might not be for everyonethumbs up

Whats the book called Millie? If I can do a different exercise on the bench it would be good to use it. Definatly can't do sit ups on it though nearly broke my back blues Do you do strectches before and after? I do about 10 for about 10 secs each but read that they arent necessary and others say they are?

Its an encyclopedia of fitness training ill mail u the full title and author if not 2nite 2moro at some stage .... im offs to bed ....
Yeahh i normally do a 5mins on the bike first then strech for 5mins then do a run on the treadmill depending on my mood then either crosstrainer or vario machine for 10mins then all my exercises for 20minutes i could do them nasty leg exercises some evening as well .... and then post strech for 5mins i vary my exercises evertme !!thumbs up
