It isn't really the height per se but the woman herself. When I envision short women, and maybe this is due to my personal past experiences, I imagine a feisty, witty, pixie whose stature stands taller than her mere feet and inches. But in essence it's the looks, body, intelligence level and personality that either attract me or repel me irregardless of height. I like nice legs so that is important whether she be Amazon or pygmy! lol.

I'm only 5", but NEVER felt short. I'm happy in my skin. As for men, well, some like them tall, some like them short, some skinny, some chubby.... Who cares as long as *the one* would think I'm perfect in his eyes? That's all that matters!

First of all, you are not short. Like me, you are vertically challenged. I am 5'7" and I like vertically challeneged better than short. I LOVE short, uh, vertically challenged women. Actually, I'm not a fan of tall women. My grandfather always told me that dynomite comes is small packages. ... I am 5'3.75" The "goodness" of me is not because I am short but because I am a good person. The advantage a short woman has over a tall woman is that when I flutter my eyelids and ask a man to get something from the top shelf in the grocery store he gets it for me and then I get a big smile from him.Bobo can't do that.....

Being only 5'1 1/4", I prefer women who are close to my own height. The last woman I was with was only 4'11".
To tell the truth, women who are taller than I am by at least 2 or 3 inches intimidate me.
