I love watching the Olympic games on TV ( Women 100m , women 200m ,women 400m ..and thats about all )...

I love the Olympics, to have so many sports going on together is amazing,
I do agree it is very commercialised but so is everything in this age we
live in, but anything that can bring so many countries together, even if
it's only for a couple of weeks, can't be bad.

It's one of the better ways in which the nations can compete against one another, it beats war and economic usury.
Sadly, there doesn't seem to be much enthusiasm for the games here in the UK.

Of course,can't be bad,thats was the spirit then,and the same spirit prevails in our times,amongst the competitors.

It will generate extra tourism though,those 2 weeks,a lot of relatives and parents would love to see their of springs competing,including the city of London. Don't you think???
