My "will trade my brother for yours" thread is now obsolete.

"arthurdent" is my younger sibling, Bob. I didn't find out til yesterday that he had joined CS when he grouched at me for not replying to his jibe at my ability to cook a turkey (my culinary talents are not be snickered at). Looks like he's ventured into the forums already and not yet embarassed himself.

Nevertheless I take my role as big sister seriously and will continue to monitor his behaviour. Feel free to email me with any concerns, requests for his baby photos, tips on how to push his buttons, how he learned to love gravy poured over cooked veggies, or my theory on why cats harrass him for attention. rolling on the floor laughing

Oh, and I do apologize for describing him as brown/brown on the "will trade" post. It's salt-and-pepper/grey-green.

Dear Bob - well, I gave it a try. rolling on the floor laughing Nobody's biting here so you'll just have to get out there and be your usual witty, intelligent and charming self in the forums... runs in the family, eh? hug

I have just welcomed him into the site but I guess I can welcome him again lol

So hey Bob (Again lol) and welcome to the crazy funny farm. Beware that it can be quite addicting here and that we all can be crazy from time to time but its all in good fun!

So pull up a log and have a seat and enjoy!

cheers

Thanks girls!

I'll try to be my best but then again I do have a habit, on other forums I belong to, of speaking my mind and ruffling a few feathers along the way! I know that I did that here already and pissed off Mychelle and some other dude...dancing que sera sera...

Oh and regarding Sue's comments about gravy of vegetables...I should elaborate that we have put new meaning to "mixed vegetables" at family dinners!

That is odd, you mix the corn into the potatoes before you add the gravy. grin

actually, Gibsonish, there was never and will never, be a specific order...turkey will be stuffed with corn (always Green Giant Niblets thanks to our brother!), cranberry mashed into yams with gravy and anything that suited the ladle in hand coupled with our overly creative and evil minds...devil
