The Mind (72)

Neuroscience has never been able to find a link between our brain and our conscious thoughts. In fact, now it is believed that our mind is not located in our brain. It is also thought that our memories are not stored in our brain and that this is virtually an impossibility. Some believe the mind is outside the body in a completely different realm. Our body is useful in helping us experience things but acts just like a T.V. It gets signals but once turned off, the place from where the signals emanate still exists. What are peoples thoughts on this?

Well neuroscience is just science about the brain and how the brain works (in science terms ) .... it doesnt have a function for what we think ... and what we dream .... i never knew anything about the brain and what it does until my final year project this year so ya cant blame neuroscience for not having a link between these functions !!!!

I think that's the point. There are no folders in the brain containing memories or thoughts, so where are they? The most scientists can say it which parts of the brain control those functionsconfused
