eveny: Must be why we lose our minds at times

laugh Seemingly we have never found our mind in the first place, so losing it should be pretty difficult!

Are you talking about the technological singularity we seem to be headed for??laugh
Maybe when the machines become self aware they can tell us where our minds are!!

Stop reading immediately! Drink your fluoridated water and watch sports. Don't make us send you to reeducation camp.

mr1983: Neuroscience has never been able to find a link between our brain and our conscious thoughts. In fact, now it is believed that our mind is not located in our brain. It is also thought that our memories are not stored in our brain and that this is virtually an impossibility. Some believe the mind is outside the body in a completely different realm. Our body is useful in helping us experience things but acts just like a T.V. It gets signals but once turned off, the place from where the signals emanate still exists. What are peoples thoughts on this?

It is believed by some that the brain acts like a receiver for quantum energy, (a quantum computer) if this is true (not yet proven by any means), then the brain has access to energy fields outside of its own physical plain. This may help explain why the mind or consciousness appears to exist separately from the body. But there are as many arguments against it as for it.

I watched it years ago. I probably missed the message of the film. All I remember is that my friends started calling me "powder" for years afterwards because of my pale complexion. It was better than "milk bottle" I suppose!laugh
