have you seen that cases of vitamin D deficiency are on the increase do to the lack of time children are spending outside coupled with the high factor of sun-screen.
I dont mean, send them out til they come back red raw.....but out for a wee while every day does no harm.
And this coming for someone as pale as a ghost...
But if the good weather stays even for monday then I will sit out for a while and read. Its supposed to be 20+ when I am on portugal at end of october, so I reckon with the private pool and appropriate attire, I shall meet my vitamin D quota.

No, wasn't aware of that. I do get out in the sun, as do the kids, but I don't sit out in it intentionally, I'm one for the shade. I know what you mean, I am like death warmed up I am so white!! My youngest has only to be out in the sun for a few days and his colour really pics up, he has sallow skin. Hope you have a great holiday! :)
