sadgirl25: Well the same happen to me, i flower some guys and they never reply, maybe because i am not the type of woman they are looking for, anyways dont give up, keep trying u would see. U would find someone special!

Even if they thought they were incompatible with you, it's just common courtesy to reply back after receiving a flower from you. You might be interested in a little sidelight: The home care nurses in my area are from the Dominican Republic. We had some in my home when my mother was dying, and they did a fantastic job. Ever thought of moving to my area? I'm sure you would find a ready job if you joined one of these home care companies.

dilibogyo: Funny thing is that people are here to find someone, and even though I write lot of massages nobody seems to reply.

If these people don´t answer these people say they ain´t intrested but I say that they just ignore you and I know how you feel when you don´t get any responce..

NotABlonde: Give it time.
I don't get many messages, other than scamming ones, but still live in hope.

You seem like a nice person to write to, but distance and I'm way out of your specified age range.

From my observation, the vast majority of women on here specify an age range that is way lower than my age, making any possible match nearly impossible. Still, there's always hope in the human soul. Many of the CS users have restrictions set so that a good many of us cannot email each other. To avoid scammers, I was forced to set my email age range at 45 to 60 and I believe I'm set for North America only.

Here's a question for the veterans who have been here longer than I. With these two restrictions, would anyone else be unable to write at all, or would they just get a warning that "this person's filters restrict you. You can still write, but be warned that you are outside their parameters"?

I was married for 26 years to someone 15 years older than me. Now I'd like to talk to people closer to my own age.
No offence is meant with my age restrictions.

HuggerMan4U: The only thing "scary" is the distance. I have no hope of ever visiting Germany, and I'm thinking that emigrating to the U.S. might not be that easy, either.

I have an american passport laugh

(no inferences from that please)

I just tried to mail you Mr.Huggerman and couldn't. The notice said it was because I was outside of your area. If you've actually set your filters for age range, rather than just specifying that on your profile, that restriction will block me too, until my next birthday that is. laugh

I recently blocked another area because of streams of scammer mail, but I mailed a forum member I know from that area, as once I've sent a mail, the restriction is lifted for that person only.

You are right, distance can be a killer.
