nomoreobamaplz: america, we have a lot of catching up to do.
First we must be able to pay for such a thing! To put this into practice and NOT be able to pay for it is FAR beyond stupid! The bible says; prepare your field then build your house! There is sooooo much field work to be done here that needs to be done first its just not funny!
it's cheaper than you think - Canada only pays 9% of its taxes to get all that health care and a bag of chips.

And the US has 300,000,000 + people, plus all the other costs of being the world's super power, with a gov that "wastes" more money than most govs ever have to begin with.
RayfromUSA: Let's check the data to see if I'm right.
The top six individual donors alone made up half of Priorities USA Action’s total September haul.
So it's not a lot of patriotic little people. It's a few fat-cat donors. And who are they?
Chicago Media mogul Fred Eychaner (dual US/Israeli citizen) Direct donations to Obama's campaign. 2.7 million Total contributions to Democratic super PACs: $3.3 million
Jeffrey Katzenberg (dual US/Israeli citizen) He's given $2.6 million to the Obama campaign.
Jon Stryker, a pro-Zionist Jewish Michigan Philanthropist, contributed $2.07
hedge fund manager James Simons (a pro-zionist American Jew) gave $1.5 million,
businessman S. Daniel Abraham (a pro-zionist American Jew) contributed $1.2 million,
Dreamworks’ Steven Spielberg (dual US/Israeli citizen) $1 million.
lawyer David Boies (a Zionist Jew) put in another $1 million.For Romney the biggest donors are:
- Sheldon Adelson (dual US/Israeli citizen), so far donated $34.2 million. Adelson owns the Israeli newspaper Israel Hayom, which is strongly linked to Israeli strongman Benjamin Netanyahu.
Bob Perry, a pro-zionist Jewish Houston real estate tycoon who has so far given $17.3 million;
Harold Simmons, pro-zionist Jewish owner of a Dallas-based Contran Corp. who has so far given $16.5 million;
Robert Rowling, pro-zionist Jewish head of Dallas-based TRT Holdings who has so far donated $4.1 million,
Pro-Zionist Jewish Industrialist William Koch, so far donating $4 million. Now does the fact that the biggest contributors for both parties all represent the same ideological cause, which promotes the interests of a foreign nation rather than the interests of the US,....does that make them more patriotic than anybody else in the country? If so, towards what country is that patriotism directed?
Personally I am not so happy to see US politicians bought out by people's whose primary allegiance is to a parasitic foreign nation that wants to push the US into yet another senseless war.
Thank you Ray for your research. It was very illuminating.
REPEAL CITIZENS UNITED
I must agree with you. I don't think our elected officials will be able to work for Americans like as kids we learned in school they are supposed to, until the corrupting influence of huge, secret money contributions from people and organizations whose allegiance is not to America but to foreign countries.
REPEAL CITIZENS UNITED
This is just one of the reasons I don't want to see Romney as president after hearing him say "Corporations are people my friend."

why do people think we are all socialist in Europe because we have social care that provides us with health care a substantial amount comes out of my salary every month to pay for my med care through insurance we just have differnt way nof getting the money. oh and unlike America we actually do care about all in our society thats not socialist its called being a human and christian which i am

The UK does not bare as much of the cost of world policemen and monetary aide as the US does. I'm not saying the UK does none but that the US does much more.

I am american and I don't think so - although your point that a lot of americans even debated that social security was socialist bordering on communist. I wouldn't go into that last sentence of being human and christian -
as far as I know in talking with my friends, colleagues when discussing europe or the world abroad (most in my city are from hispanic countries - mexico, cuba, south and central america) we don't consider the rest of the world socialist. america looks at the best practices of the rest of world to decide to propose legislation to enact the help solve our society issues.
It is large country with a lot of history - change don't come easy.
agman: I am becoming more interested in seeing a special tax on campaign contributions. Maybe 80 percent should go to pay down national debts.
Yes Great idea. If rich scoundrels want to influence the government to their own advantage they should pay for that right in ways that actually help the nation, not just their political puppets.

Christians here help others through community action not general taxation which they know never gets to its intended.
UK socialistic programs are failing just as similar ones failed elsewhere and the usa should adopt that kind of nonsense? hahaha
