The house i have NOW with the bathroom where the bedroom is and the bedroom where the bathroom is ................
underfloor heating all throughout the house no radiators have it in my kitchen and its magic .
new proper fitting window and front door
my garden cobble locked back and front
new wooden floors
new tiles in my kitchen
back door on utility blocked up and long cupboard put in
sink a gas tank in my back garden have gas central heating get rid of oil tank and gas cylinder
convert the attic to an office space instead of having to use downstairs ...............
solar panels on the roof and rigged into to the esb grid....
glass panelled doors downstairs thats about it the house is big enough for me and the two lads a bigger house would mean more cleaning
but I wouldnt move cause I have wonderfull neighbours
