Have you heard the saying "oils aint oils".
Just because they are introducing Obamacare doesn't mean it will work the same as other medicare systems around the world.
They should just copy our system. I think it works the best and here both left and right wings support it and would not dream of removing it.
Then again - it is possible that with the much higher population the US has it simply may not be able to afford our system. I don't blame Republicans for being skeptical. Especially with the forty years of 'the reds are coming' media that has been pumped out by US film makers.
Funny how Americans can't wait to marry Russians now, and Russians have upped the price of tickets on Soyuz now that the shuttle is a dead duck. Well I guess they sure learned how capitalism works.
