handhighportree, Highland, Scotland UK1 Threads 4 PostsHi. I've spent the previous 3 Festive periods, alone ( apart from my Spaniel pup !), and have no particular desire to spend yet another, so. I have a beautiful old cottage in the stunning west coast of Scotland, which has been extensively renovated, and to which I'm at present, applying finishing touches. If any members would care to spend some time here, over the festive period ( as long as at least 'one' single, beautiful female included ! ) And in return for free accom etc, like to wield a paint brush now and again, then do please get in touch. This is a genuine and sincere 'post' !

I don't know how remote your home is but why not spend the Christmas period helping others less fortunate? Are there any volunteer groups in your area who perhaps supply Christmas dinners or even just their time to those in need? You won't find someone if you're cloistered away at home, you've got to get out there!

Hello highland...your ad is interesting...I have lived overseas for many years and therefore do not have friends here...I have been going away to Malta for the last two years...rather than spend the holiday period alone...I understand how you feel and hope you have a good Christmas

I would have come, but I've only one day off and don't drive and it would take me more than one day on my pushbike to get to scotland and back to Hull

OMG! OMG! I would LOVE to spend time in the west Scottish highlands.
too bad I'm not a beautiful female. 
just regular... and got a work thingie commitment until January 2013.... btw I do paint.... just finished a few rooms in my home in MiamiPut the word out to the Glasgow get-together group.... you are sure to get that wild yet sweet group of Irish women interested.
