quite a few of our posters ill with flu this weekend ,

Have any of you had any secret admirers ?
i don't mean in a stalker kind of way --i mean in a nice innocent, no harm kind of way ?
this last 6 months --2 recent things for me anyway ,
One morning , was going out the front door early to drive to work , and at the door was a beautiful potted orchid
Then one day , a few months ago , a huge bouquet of flowers was delivered to the hospital --the card had my nursing title on it -but there was no message !
i have NO idea who either these gifts were from
so have any of you had anything similar happen ?

had a bunch of flowers sent to work years ago and hadnt got a clue who sent them till we had visitors arrive to the store i was working in and one of them asked me did i get my surprise.....turned out they were from a fella id been mad about but had no real idea he liked me, he changed stores and i thought that was it id never see him again, we ended up together for over 5 years

it's very strange --you would imagine if someone has a " notion" of ya , they would find some way of revealing themselves --( not literally of course

Its been over 7 yrs since he first asked me out and he still does periodically. Havent replied to any of his texts in over 9 months, but I still get one from him every two months wondering if i have changed my mind about going on a date with him.

goodness ! he's persistant --you have to give him credit for that !
he must feel strongly for you M , to keep contacting you at regular at intervals over 7 years ! quite a few relationships don't even last that long !

He's not the flowers type, never smiles, grunts when you say hi and glares a lot. He serviced my car while I was in England.
Maybe I'm his personal charity case.
