But at least the site itself has no interest in promoting scammers as in the case of pay sites.
As a general rule you can spot the scammers right off.

I must say I had no scammer experience before I came here. And totally had no idea how to spot one :( After being approached already 3 times, I spot them more easily...

okay, so a CS Newbie.....
don't be discouraged, guys have so many scammers they know well enough who is real and who isn't .
Just some genuine guys ( ladies too ) are not always quick to message everyone who looks at their profile
I must have 10 in a few days....and 1 only lives in Spain
so it must be the same for other men, girls too , I guess ?
It seems a lot of people use these forums to chat and maybe get a better insight into the person ?
but scammers dont put us off,
they are just irritating
anyway, you don't buy the first pair of shoes you see, do you ?
got to chat and feel comfortable I think ..
so don't know how long you have been on here
but give it a while
CS is not magic

and left the site for about a year, hoping some new faces might be different ?....Sadly , they aren't ..

now well over 300 !!
honestly ? maybe just 1 ?
she was so god damn gorgeous, she looked far too good to be true
( looked like a film star, and had a better than Baywatch figure )
cos, she could have been honest, but I wouldnt have felt comfortable ..
think she was too high maintenance for me , lol
and also a couple of Cam Girls...not what i was looking for !
So basically 99% were genuine
but of course some where far too young, like 18
some had lots of kids, too ugly , too old, didnt speak well
or just plain stupid
so I worked out the best 50
and whittled that down to a top 5
now chatting seriously to 1 only
lovely girl.....so we'll see what 2013 brings , hmmm ?

You are right many people are not serious - they want only chat, they can't use the site (s), they haven't Skype (can't install), they can't use searching engines, they are lost in time, boring, ect. And also more than 70 % are NOT ready NOW to go from online -OFFline :) They have already plans for next 6 months (for exam.), but dating is not around them
Personally, if someone want chat - I simply determine mail exchanging ;)So, try to find RIGHT person. one never know

First of all I'm new member and i can see that there is no many interactivity between members. Some chat maybe,nothing serious. I cant figure out what people want here. If someone have bad experience from another site it doesn't mean that same thing will happen here. Ok for us younger,but for you older people this is good chance 2 find soul mate.
