My lovely mum is 75 and looked after my gran in the last few years of her life when she became a bit senile until she died last year at the age of 97.

A few months after my first divorce I was still 17, I know, I married too damn young. Anyway, I was 17 and she was 34. In the very back of a Greyhound bus, from Virginia to Kentucky. janie1305: My great grandmother was 104 when she attended my wedding. She didn't need any help to walk and looks absolutely beautiful in my wedding photos. She died a few months later in her sleep.
