Are you stupid? Silly question really as I know the answer. My apartment was bought in 2003. Paid my deposit in 2002. I did not pay 2006 prices. And my apartment is in a lovely quiet area with a beach a golf course beside me. It's a desirable area. Very desireable. You couldn't afford to live here. Even earning your fortune of 60k a year.
I am sure there are certain apartments in Dublin going for cheap as there are places in Kildare going even cheaper.
But thank goodness the area I live in is quite desireable so my deprecation has been not too bad. But again you show your jealousy.
