My weight flucates depending on how often I work out and the type of workout I do.

If I am running a lot and doing cardo I can get down to 11.5 stone but if I am also doing weights(usually during the winter) as well as my running I can going up to about 13 stone. I don't have an ideal weight. I just like to be healthy.yay

I swear by cutting out 'bad' carbs - white bread/rice/pasta, biscuits, cake, crisps, chips, spuds, cabbage, parsnips and fizzy drinks. Eat plenty of salad, lean meat, chicken, fish, most veg are OK as are fruit, yoghurt, cheese. Swap white bread/pasta/rice for wholemeal. Drink loads of water or cordial if you don't like water. One week of that and you should notice a difference in the dress.
