hey chris, i do happen to agree with part of what you say. a normal life is one where drugs are never involved. and also the part about willpower. what i was upset about is you fail to understand that many people loose hope and also willpower because of many diferent hardships. these people also may decide to escape reality over just plain suicide. have you ever felt like you lost everthing and people would be better without you around. i pesonaly have learned not to judge others actions without knowing why. do you fully understand all the different reasons people make poor choices? have you never made a bad decision? have you ever done something that put your perfect world a step back?

Am not perfect,as the perfect person,hasn't born as yet.-Bad decisions made in my life,hardships from past to present time,and right now, it has always been my choice,to overcome bad decisions and hardships,not via the use of drugs or alcohol..-Am sure,and this is my strong opinion, illegal drugs,in the long run, never have been of any help to somebody.

Cannabis is an incredibly useful plant in medicne, psylocybin in it's many forms is now being used to treat depression.
Say no to drugs is my motto, but those drugs are manufactured by the pharma industry, much more dangerous than a bit of pot, a mushroom, of a drop of opium.

those 4 word Can't protect whom tried drugs because he needs cure and these 4 words are for prevention .
if averybody do these 4 words in his/her life , the drugs market will be broken because the drugs salers need costumers .
one more thing :
Quiting drugs is the first step only.
the most important thing is you stay clean always and dont use it again because it's pleasure trys to attracts you as long as it's in your mind .
thats why the prevention is better and easier than cure .
that's why those words are more valuable than millions of dollars .
After using drugs man has two options only:
resist the temptation of drugs pleasure or live with pain and problem of using drugs .

yes .. i am one of the few lucky ones. staying clean is much easier for me. i have seprated myself from every posible reason i used as an excuse. and i also have changed my entire outlook on life. yes , you're right.

Just a roundabout way of saying use "willpower" to not do drugs but to an addictive personality it works about the same as using "willpower" when you have a bad case of diareha

Personally I don't feel that I need "protection" from drugs. Children perhaps need protecting...keep them safe from exposure to illicit drugs...but adults, well I think we more often may need protection from ourselves than from drugs.
I've know several people who have had their lives destroyed by drugs but I truly believe those people would have had their lives destroyed by something else if not drugs...highly addictive, self destructive personalities.
I've also know plenty of people who have used "drugs" recreationally with no harmful effects at all other than of course their actions technically made them criminals.
To all of you here who have struggled and overcome or are still struggling I mean no disrespect...we all battle our own demons and I wish you the best
