Shut up you fool. Japan needed oil. They had a few months worth left. Bombing Pearl Harbour was a last resort.
The USA was behind an international decision to isolate Japan economically as they wanted them out of China. Japan wouldn't pull out of China and knew it had to do something to get the resources it needed. War was the only answer they came up with.
pedro27: my version, is plain English of what happened it's just you put your own words to it. i did not say it just happened out of the blue, the war started for many reason's as most know. i gave my view on the declaration of war and what can happen and if we don't learn from past history wars it will evenually repeat it's self in more servre ways!!

They murdered between 150,000 and 246,000 civilians. Some took weeks to die.
