Increase tariffs on imported goods - for numerous reasons the parent should buy the child a bicycle made in Britain(or your own country)and not an imported xbox. We could make price just one more incentive for parent's making the right decision.
Re-industrialistion - jobs in clean factories are healthier than jobs in offices.
Deport immigrants - jobs in trades and jobs cleaning toilets are healthier than cubicle farming and pen-pushing public sector makework. Deporting immigrants woulod mean our own people would have to do real jobs instead of unhealthy(for many reasons)joke/debt-creating jobs.
Rural work programmes for youngsters from the inner cities.
Curtailment of excessive non-judgementalism - the only people who should fear judgement are lazy and pathetic losers, being non-judgemental, as a society, is allowing too many people to slide into dysfunction.

But shaming people who feel lousy about themselves anyway, for all sorts of reasons that we don't understand, because what has caused them to be that way... stuff we have not had ourselves, the result would be making them feel worse than useless... and that is not life..
