pedro27: the story tells about his battle with the boozes , worth a watch

Wow - just looked his story to date, what a mess, so much talent and so wasted.

Drink and gambling, not a good mix. Sounds like he is still battling booze and now using gambling to take his mind off booze.

I am not a psychologist but I think that might be what they call 'an addictive personality'??

Very sad. sad flower

I won't be watching it myself.
Things like this seem to affect
big personalities more than normal
folks.
Best was one similar case!
Gambling is never the cure for a complaint.

he was a very gifted player, and at times a likeable personality. but in fairness do any of us have the right to judge till we've trotted a mile or two in his shoes, personally I think his biggest faults were lack of common sense and education but there my friends but for the grace of God go you or I.
if he had better people round him in his formative years along with better foundations would be a very different story.
that said I would loved to of had the talent and opputunities he had

I just felt so sorry for his wife and children. They obviously loved him and have been let down so much.
Paul himself has an addictive personality that is sad also as I do not believe he will win. Got to say the man has sorted his family out with good housing keeping his family together.
By the grace of God and all that.
The man weeps inside he even knows his own fate.

I really don't think that anyone here is being judgemental.

We all have differing ideas about how we view things, which may be totally different to how another might view a certain situation.

The man concerned has had many opportunities to turn his life around, but chooses otherwise. His choice ,but you should be able to understand why some may see this as his failure in life ,and not understand why someone with a family wouldn't want to get off the drink and drugs merry-go-round.
