From Mississippi:
WLOX is being flooded with phone calls from people who say their food stamps are being declined at various stores across South Mississippi. After making some phone calls we were able to confirm EBT cards are not being accepted, however, we are still trying to determine the cause.
Alice Douglas who is the store manager at Jerry Lee’s in Gautier said the transactions are not going through anywhere in the state. She said customers are being declined at Jerry Lee’s, Wayne Lee’s, all dollar stores, convenience stores, and Rouse’s.
From Michigan:
The Electronic Benefit Transfer system has malfunctioned statewide Saturday morning. According to our crews, a local retail store announced over the intercom that the EBT card system was malfunctioning. (They later got it working again and said it was the fault of the retailer’s system whichI find suspicious considering the other reportsand personal experience. I think they are lying or just misinformed)
From Ohio:
Reports are coming in across the state of Ohio Saturday that food stamp machines are not working. News Channel 5 has received several phone calls from Ohio Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card users who said their food stamp cards are not working at grocery stores. When they attempt to make a transaction, an error appears stating the transaction was not approved.
UPDATE:
According to the Michigan Department of Human Services spokesperson, the issue comes from a system update on the retailers end of the system and not the Department of Human Services.
Issues are being reported in states all over the country, including, Ohio, Mississippi, Maine and Georgia.
The issue is wide spread, the problem should be corrected today.

Re: The nation of China have already purchased part or all of the United States with the agreement of the US government. With FEMA Region 3 already being put into play and America's unsolvable debt crisis, this is facts beyond all doubts. Americans should remember that China owns most of America’s debt. The #2 US Air Force Commander in charge of US nuclear weapons has been fired today, only weeks after the #2 US Navy Commander in charge of US nuclear weapons was also fired and weeks after scares of a nuclear attack upon South Carolina or another location in America were started by Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. We find it strange that two #2's in command of nuclear weapons were fired within weeks of each other and within weeks of Senator Graham’s warning as well as a story from Infowars.com of a nuclear weapon being removed from a military base in Texas. WASHINGTON — The Air Force said Friday it fired the two-star general in charge of its nuclear missiles in response to an investigation into alleged personal misbehavior. It was the second sacking this week of a senior commander of nuclear forces.
Maj. Gen. Michael Carey was removed from command of the 20th Air Force, which is responsible for three wings of intercontinental ballistic missiles — a total of 450 missiles at three bases across the country, according to an Air Force spokesman, Brig. Gen. Les Kodlick.
The decision was made by Lt. Gen. James Kowalski, commander of Air Force Global Strike Command. Kowalski is in charge of all Air Force nuclear weapons, including bombers. On Wednesday, the second-in-command at U.S. Strategic Command, Vice Adm. Tim Giardina, was relieved of command amid an investigation into alleged gambling issues. Strategic Command is responsible for all Air Force and Navy nuclear forces.
