I had a blown out tyre recently and was surprised and very happy at the amount of men and women who stopped to ask if I needed help while I waited on a tow truck! That was kind and restored my faith in humanity again.

Well, I had never been taken to the pictures on a date, in my life, and it was always something I wanted to do and felt I'd missed out on.
ex husband did not like the pictures so of course never took me, even though he knew how much I wanted to go on a date to the movie's, just to experience it.
I mentioned to my boyfriend (at the time) that I had never been to the pictures on a date, just chatting one night, now although it was not his thing, the next weekend he phoned and said, I'm coming up to take you on a date to the pictures so pick any movie you like
I picked a romantic comedy, we went, and it was the most thoughtful thing, just a little thing, which meant the world to me as regardless of his lack of interest in going to the movies, he wanted me to have my date at the movies. Brings a tear to my eye thinking about his thoughtfulness now.

I have a bad cold about 5 years ago and an ex girlfriend drove 8 miles to bring me some soup and burn incese.
Each time someone has risen for me in true defense. I remember each time and hold the memories and individuals who did aso, very very dear to my heart.
