To qualify for Disability Allowance (DA) you must:

Have an injury, disease or physical or mental disability that has continued or may be expected to continue for at least one year
As a result of this disability be substantially restricted in undertaking work that would otherwise be suitable for a person of your age, experience and qualifications

pedro27: i can do some carpentry my family all work in constrution, i can DO carpentry mostly 2nd fixing, all my work was passed by a artietech, no PROBLEMS, so stop picking holes as usaul

No bother to you Pedro, a qualified plasterer like yourself will have learned carpentry associated skills through your training.

Fitting a bit of skirting would be handy enough for a plasterer, likewise carpenters can fit plasterboard etc.

Best of luck with the work and fair play to you.

thumbs up

sofarsogood74: You're not a carpenter. And plenty of shoddy and bad quality work is passed by inspectors. That's why people are having to move out of their homes now. 2nd rate work by people doing jobs they are not qualified for. Stick to plastering!

all clients and architects very HAPPY with work done,NO call backs for shabby work as u stated... recommendations on ALL work carryed out...

i know i'm not a carpenter but i can do plenty of carpentry work as i have stated passed by my boss and architect , but that does NOT register in your head, WHY? again you twist and pick holes. im NOT sticking with PLASTERING! not enough oppartuntys there so i moving on to landscaping labouring

Why can you not register in your head that you're not a carpenter and NOT QUALIFIED to do carpentry work. Simple.
