I think I have the solution, time and mind can't be separated. Take time out of your mind, and you stop time. Unless you decide to use it. Identification with the mind means you are trapped in time, and you only live in memories and future expectations. If you take time out of the mind you are in this moment! And that's all you got! Eureka!

i've been thinking ... It is perhaps an Eurika! for you West

for me it works differently, so to say. My mind needs to be swollen with time ...then time will stop. When the knowledge of time is at 0 point (read below)

a little scenario of the memory void

" What year it is?" Hmm ...already WOW eh ...time is flying, indeed"

Consequently:

if I want time to fly with speed of light – I lock it
If I in need to stop it – I remember even what day is today.

Respect your discovery professor

Isn't there a theory about the illusion of gravity?

Something along the line of starting to fall and asking what time it is.
You just forget to hit the ground....voila...you're flying.

I think we all live in a virtual reality. If so The time we experience is also a virtual reality, and not existing... The time we sleep are spent in heaven, then there is no clock, I never see one in my dreams.... Am i being logic?
