Bspoken4: I dunno....think cooking is a specialized thang meant for skirt cladded beings....I try, I try..
My tomatoes disappear in da curry...potatoes disappear...even the damn spoon one day disappeared ...
I did a retro analysis.... and then discovered one shouldn't use plastic spoons..!
The recipes didn't mention that..!

The advert still stands...

Oh...only Scotsmen should cook then? wink

It's a pain, I know but well worth it. Quarter an onion and throw that in the oil with the chips. Delicious!
Yes they sure are delicious. I find the oil can really spit at you sometimes. Maybe next time I' ll wear safety glasses. I actually like cooking, preferably when it' s for someone else though. I find cooking for just myself has a tendency to lose it' s allure. I need to be allured to cook.laugh

Hi Unla & joey, wave if you want bacon or parma ham just to put on a sandwich (to ear for lunch), easy way to do it is to put it for 30 sec into the microwave. Easy in the morning!

Just had a lovely dinner - went out for food and a catch up with my best friend. Steak was yummy. smitten

You'll get a good one should you ever make it to Kilkenny joey. wine

I don't usually let a chili mill fall on top of my steak, but overall it was nice to just sit down, relax and not to have to cook it myself. I do steak in the oven under the grill myself with home cooked fries and oven baked veg. smitten

A microwave is very handy, when I cook I do 2 or 3 portions and take the other portion to work the next day.

2 or 3 portions, I know that one. Sometimes I am eating spaghetti 3 days in a row. I like it though and it' s easy to warm up. I just need to add more sauce because it gets dry.

Speaking of dry, some say when it comes to jokes or being funny I have a very dry delivery, but I don' t know what they' re talking about.laugh
