Yes, I agree.

I think the problem comes when someone's reality is so markedly different from other people's, that they struggle to function in their environment.

Would I be right in thinking that euphoria might be indicative of a manic phase?

You had an endorphin rush after during exercise?

How have you linked that with being the opposite of psychosis? Have you had feelings of despair when experiencing a psychotic episode?

it was more than a endorphin rush, it has happened this ''higher consciousness'' many times now

imo a higher consciousness is the opposite of a psychotic episode.

google 'higher consciousness'

thumbs up good stuff.

I've never experienced an endorphin high from exercising. I never seem to get past the initial wheezing and dizzy head rush stage. blues

If you are healthy you don't need exercise and if you are unhealthy then it could be dangerous I reckon. wink

Hi Pedro...wave

An endorphin rush after exercise should subside reasonably quickly.

I don't know you well as I am relatively new on this site, but it does sound as though these higher states of consciousness could be the beginnings of a manic phase?

Having said that, I am no medic.

Do you have a good support system in place? family, friends, doctors? who may recognise any changes?

I think the fact that it does happen for no reason is reason enough to seek professional help. If you try think about it rationally you will realise this and I hope you get in touch with your mental health professional.
