I smoke and don't want to quit.I enjoy it,its like a friend that's always there for you.It calms me and relaxes me.Its a pathetic excuse,cause its not healthy blah blah blah.Some people drink,do drugs,I smoke an enjoy it.If you want to quit,then you have to make up your mind one day to just quit.Its easy to quit,I've done it hundreds of times(lol).

I am a smoker and I want to quit... The only thing that stops me from quitting is constant urge to smoke. That will never go away completely!! And I dont want to fight something for the rest of my life.... The only thing/one that can make me stop is a the woman of my dreams who doesnt smoke and is totally against it!!

Ok now listen to me, I smoked all my life, I liked smoking and if anyone had told me I could stop I would say no chance, I dont want to. Last year in malaga, I lit a cigarette up outside a shop, didnt notice what they sold till someone pointed it out. Electronic cigarettes, something made me go in that shop, I think my late husband must have sent me in as he died of lung cancer. I bought one and its 7 months on saturday since I had a cigarette. Now i buy favours I like, capachino, coffee, vanilla etc etc the choices are huge and I love it, I started on 24mg of nicotine, Im down to a 12mg now but Im taking my time so that I dont give in and I wont give in. It works trust me, try it, try the different flavours its incredible.

Yep, I chose to go the electronic cigarette route in April of last year. For diehard smokers, it's the way to go imho. I'm no longer coughing up a lung every morning and feel much better overall.

Hi, I used to smoke for about 9 years, and I tried to quit from one day to another. It didn't work for me... So, I found out another idea: I decreased the amount of cigarettes every day, every day minus 1 cigarette. And when I lit up my last cigarette, I really felt it bad and since december 2012 I didn't smoke :) If someone wants to quit, they can try this :) First, youhave to decide it in your mind, of course!
