I eat natural yogurt I hope it's okay for my friendly bacteria,,,I'm well used to the dust mites now they used to me too,I don't like to get antibiotics unless its really needed but I try Mannuka honey first because if I take too much antibiotics my system become too bloody used to them and then if a real biggie came around where I did need them they wouldn't work, so I try to keep my immune system strong,the best I know how,thanyou agent Ajax I'm not going to go overboard cleaning the dust dosnt go away and I'm dust too,have a friendly bacteria or non friendly kind of day we can fight it

I've got that resus negative type A group blood ,I had a blood test and the doc said its very healthy I take my b complex vitamins and drink smoothies too and lots friuit and fish for my brain omega 3 6 9 ..vitamin a in watermelon,c e .and whatever else,..I eat black pudding its made up of ox blood good and strong.

if you are ever short of iron in your blood eat lots of ham and smoked type of snacks. Its okay to be an Atheist, since you don't believe in God, God doesn't believe in you anyway. An Atheist is someone who can NOT explain how life was created, nor will they listen to the argument of, if Man didn't NOT create this and all that is in the vast vacuum of space, then WHO did? They don't have an answer, in which in turn they have no faith, not in themselves or in anyone. Just like this man whose town was flooded, and he was up on his roof, praying asking God to save, him... Well first a boat shows up, and the guy on the roof says, no. Then a helicopter flew over head and he waved them off. Shortly after that he drowned. As he was up at the Pearly Gates, he asked God, Why did you know answer my prayers on being saved? God Replied, I sent a boat and a helicopter, what else did you want? Everyone has their own beliefs, respect it and move on.

That is a very wrong assumptions, we have faith in our selves and our fellow man in making tomorrow a better place to live in. Not only disease free but also we seek to live in the environment that is free from religion and religious wars.
