Yup, I've known some close friends and even family members who have lost weight using that product. However, maintaining the ideal weight seemed to be the biggest challenge to them.
A cousin gained like 2 times the weight she had lost when she let herself go again!
I've tried Herbalife 5 years ago, love the taste but a tad expensive for me. When you are following the Herbalife program, the 'consultant' would advised you to substitute few meals with their shakes/products, preferably be a little bit more active.
If you come to think of it, cut down on your food intake, eat wisely and exercise would be just as effective, if it's not better!
