It reminds me of some skanger said to a mate of mine at a party years ago...

Worst in terms of what...kills you instantly, kills you slowly
, has the worst effect?I think alcohol is probably the worst because of all recreational drugs, it (and cocaine) are the only ones that are known to cause aggressive behavior even in people who aren't normally aggressive. (There are a lot of prescription drugs that have the same effect but the difference is that booze is basically available to everybody).
