Much the same as they eat bats, bushmaster, mice, mongoose, rats, snakes, squirrels, yellow-tails, manicou (opossum) and green parrots in Trinidad and Tobago.
It is a specific culture, who are we to say what is right or wrong in other countries culture??
Do you have a problem with that??

Sadly... yes. China (they have annual dog meat festivals), Cambodia, Vietnam, the Phillippines, etc.

I am a major dog lover, so, it breaks my heart.

It is dying out in China, now more and more people are buying exotic dogs, and coming to realise that these are pets not for human consumption.
Three years ago it was common to see it on a menu in my small city here in China, but now I cannot remember the last time I saw that.

As countries become more prosperous, so their need for meat is more easily met by the increased production of pork, beef, mutton etc.

Yes, its well known that dog is on the menu in parts of Asia. Not the liver though. A dog's liver, apparently, is toxic to humans.

And for dessert...?! waiter
