No, I think it was a woman who posted it. I can't believe the situations some people get into. I guess it all stems from making bad decisions like this old lady is making now. Well when the temp drops to zero she may have a change of heart.
Well, I am sorry I cannot help, However there is hope. Have your mother call the electric company and tell them she is on medical machines and they will no turn her off, they have her add a little extra on the next months bill. I know this, because I am from Hampton and Newport News, Va and it worked for me. Hope this helps. I'll pray for her.
