stanley8m: I think Mayo this year, and Donegal last year, showed that if you can put the dubs under pressure they are mentally weak.

If Dublin win on Saturday, I would expect Kerry to adopt a similar tactic in the final.

Mentally weak..played poorly,
Down to 13 man in the last few
Minutes against 16, 5 minutes
Of injury time conjured up so
Mayo could win and they still
Couldn't, not a decent championship
Game under our belt coming into
It...

Should've won it in the end only
Blue Jim stopped an obvious advantage
When Dublin were swarming the
Mayo back line, disgraceful piece
Of refereeing

I'd call that a gutsy finish except
For cluxtons free ( which was tricky
Enough) mayo played to there peak
We didn't, see next week

Will you stop, if Sky blue Joe had reffed the game properly Thuglin wouldn't have half a dozen players left on the field.

Stevo Cluxton stuck the boot into Aidan O Shea and got away with it, and Flynn dived for the penalty, never mind Connolly and McMahon going Psycho along with Hong Kong phooey Cooper.

Cluxtons was a yellow get out if
Your soccer mentality its a gas forum
And diving is not a sending off
Offence, should beand he didn't dive
The mayo man did but was needlessly
Caught on the way down

Neither of those players had a bearing
On the game, dirty o Connor did as did
O shea

stanley8m: They will have to give Aidan O Shea a bit of support up front next week and hopefully Joe Sky Blue McQuillan isn't the ref again. Jeez, the bollix tried his best to give the dubs the game. Mayo should have got the free at the end.

Watched footage of Sundays game and the single
Most crucial bad refereeing decision came
After 4 minutes and had a massive bearing
On the game

Cillian o Connors dirty elbow on Rory o Carroll
While communicating with the umpire went
Unpunished yet the same umpires eyes were
Sharp enough to spot connollys punch on
Cheating lee keegan who should've been black
Carded for the same incident

Yes Philly mc Mahon could've got red but so
Could o Shea for his strike on mc Mahon
But if I Connor have been rightly sent marching
It would've been a very different game

It's always very telling when a teams player
Salutes the ref in interviews at the final whistle
And I Shea said he had a fine game

Fine game my hole, collective anti dub bias
By the officials kept mayo in the game can't
Be as bad saturday

Up the dubs, may we get what we rightly deserve

Totally accidental collision between O Connor and O Carroll. If anything O Carroll should have got a yellow card for fouling and Mayo should have been awarded a free.

As I said, the dubs were lucky that Sky Blue Joe was in their corner, any fair ref would have sent at least half a dozen of the dubs to the line. ireland

Well the experts agree it was nasty and deliberate
And obviously you're no expert, and a yellow for
O Carroll wouldn't have been a game changer
And having said that, it wasn't a yellow, a player
Is allowed hold his arms out

Blatant assault by dirty o Connor and lee keegans
Sean cavangh type tackle barely gets a fraction
Of the media attention that Sean's rugby tackle did
How dya explain that Stanley

Anti Dublin bias.......

The great man Tomas o se was the only man
That stood up for us on that incident, more or
Less said Connolly was right to give the cheat
A slap

Nonsense, all the experts agree it was an accidental collision and that O Carroll was fouling O Connor.

As for anti Dublin Bias, have a word with your TD and see if they will back your claim that you and the dubs are victims of discrimination. laugh

Yeah more anti dub merchants the way the
The property tax was said, dubs pay more
Tax to pay for your shear sharpening every
Year

Read the rules of the game, if you lift
Your arm and swing it in a manner that's
A danger to an opponent it's a red card
Offence.......

Now 10 stitches and concussion is a danger
Would you not agree?

I Connor lifted his arms when and pulled the
Left one RIGHT back in a deliberate forearm
Smash

Should've been gone, different out come

Connolly would've gone for it

Nonsense, it was an accidental collision and O Carroll was fouling O Connor.

Oh and seriously, you can't compare a decent well brought up Mayo lad like O Connor, with the likes of Connolly. laugh

Ok, here are the facts. Connolly pinned down Keegan and punched him in the face. CONNOLLY GOT A RED CARD AND SHOULD BE BANNED

Cooper viciously launched himself at O Connor and kicked him.
COOPER SHOULD BE BANNED.

McMahon headbutted Aidan O Shea. MCMAHON SHOULD BE BANNED

Now there are other incidents I could have mentioned but these will do for now.

Any other decision will demonstrate that the GAA have a pro Dublin bias.

Where you at the game? Can't really argue
Unless you say everything that went on and
You fail to mention o Shea striking mc Mahon
And Connolly being constantly grabbed in
Head locks by cheats right throughout the
Game, right under the officials noses and they
Failed to protect him, explain that....

It has been pointed out in previous games he's
Getting targeted snd as Tomas o se said he's
Behaved very well this championship, something
Had to give if he's not getting protected

None of this would've happen if dirty o Connor
Had been rightly sent off for his forearm smash
The would've been dead and buried....

My my, Look at the video JT, O Carroll was fouling O Connor and the decent well brought up Mayo lad tried to get away which resulted in an unfortunate accidental collision.

Connolly is a convicted thug, and he showed exactly what he was on Sunday by viciously assaulting a nice well brought up Mayo lad. Connolly is a thug who should be banned.

I am the same myself, I look at every incident in a completely non biased manner.

I read that the CCCC has rightfully found decent country lad Cillian O'Connor innocent of any wrongdoing over his accidental collision with O Carroll, but that gurrier McMahon has got away with diving, assaulting and head butting an honest respectable country lad like Aidan O Shea. Disgraceful.
