Spanishsun: Amazing now that Dublin won and won well that it's all quiet here.

I reckon if Mayo had won, we would not hear the end of it.
There is an anti Dublin bias and that's wrong.
Dublin are a great team and when they win the Leinster title again
and again all we hear is "they haven't played a good team yet"
blah blah blah
Give the Dubs some credit

Anyone see Stanley? Very worried about him

manuman7: Bad news for You
Hatred comes from a lack of compassion so when you say
You hate anything with a passion all you show is ignorance.
You can be ignorant in two ways. One is lacking manners and a
Second is lack of information.
Your reply covers both definitions.
When you try to take something away from your fellow man it is
Because you know it is important to them.

Galway got to an all lreland Final
What did you do ?

ah now its only a bit of banter lad..don't get your knickers in a twist..laugh

I think you know I meant in a local geographic way.

Just like Wexford. As a neighbour county I can get there in 45 mins and I go there regularly. Spend my money there etc.
If wexford are playing cork should I support cork?

Cork, Galway, Killarney....all lovely places for a weekend away
but if it aint Kildare I support local counties.
No bitterness or jealousy hereireland

Everyone knows where to find Galway on a map
They play in the Leinster Championship now so the
Winner had to be a Leinster team

Your original post hailed Kilkenny and did not look
Like both teams represented Leinster.
Only a draw could stop a Leinster win.

Galway have won only one Leinster hurling championship but
numerous Connaught titles.
Ask a Galway man if he considers winning an All-Ireland if it's
for Leinster.
Yes they can win the Leinster championship and that's just since 2009.

No disgrace in losing to that team
Even after all the injuries and retirements they come along
And do that. There will never be a manager to get more out of
A team than Brian Cody. He is a one off.

Galway can take heart from their first half performance
And winning the minor game does no harm either.
The core of that team today is young enough.
Second half wides and not being more than a goal ahead
At half time after dominating proved costly.
Johnny Coen was very lucky not to be sent off also
But when its not your day you have to say fair enough.

You have done and l applaud that thumbs up
