It is time to get phone replaced :/ Thanks to Apple team, got all my apps, mails and contacts back...but this one .... Gets a little too slow. Any suggestions? - to stick with iPhone or to go for some other smart phone?
Living in the mountains in Australia where most Mobil phones have problems connecting to Telstra 3G network, the Chinese Teca lived up the manufactures claims and works really well.
I tried Sony but wasn't any good also another.
The US network is different to ours however the link above goes to US configured more affordable smartphone.

I prefer to use just two tin cans and a piece of string. Cross and Blackwell and Heinz offer very low calling rates but for international calls it is better to use discarded oil drums and elevator wire.

Is your present iPhone (model ?) slow on both carrier cellular and any wi-fi connection?
If you don't like the latest iPhone models 6 and 6 plus, maybe you should try the google/motorola model Nexus 6.
The Nexus 6 is fast and can be purchased unlocked and O.S. Loadable. It presently uses the o.s. Lollipop. Configured with 64 gbytes it cost only around $750.00 U.S. Dollars.

Friend of mine just told me to look for Galaxy. She had iPhone before, and similar thing happened to her. It is really frustrating when you depending on phone, and me, by my desire to speed it up, mess something. So, today in the Apple store they pulled some code for me, entered it in and it works normally. I will go to take a look on Galaxy, if not iPhone 6 will be my choice

Ok, I've heard complaints that the latest version of IOS software slows down earlier less equipped and video wanting iPhone models. I recently purchased (unlocked and no contract) the iPhone 6 plus. I hardly use a tablet now that I have it.
Good luck....
Baddest Android cell phone out there ~ Google Play Nexus 6 ...

Lannna23: My daughter has iPhone 6, and she loves it. So I am debating between galaxy and iPhone 6
The iPhone six and six plus are able to communicate with the soon to be released iWatch. The iWatch will have health features built into it if you're interested in knowing your bp and blood pressure in real time as well as historically, as well as a step counter etc.
maybe droid phones and watches already have this capability.

Thank you Good to know that! I am pulling toward iPhone :)

Both the IPhone6 and the Galaxy Note4 are awesome phones. I just upgraded to the Note4 from the IPhone4s.It has been a bit of a learning curve for me but the more I learn the phone, the better I like it.I know people that have the IPhone6 as well and they are happy with them also. Guess it comes down to individual preference as to what phone a person buys.

yes, I agree. I have been using iPhone for last 3-4 years. Got my s4 like 2 years ago, and now is a time because of the software upgrades, and s4 does not support all features and newest software well. I also heard that Apple do that with a purpose to get people to buy new phones or to at least do upgrades. I like iPhone, it is easy to handle......Have to think twice
