Kaybee50: What if you happen to date a good cook? When the date begins enjoying homecooked meals. Are you prepared to offer to pay for half the groceries then? Or all of the groceries? or should the dating be kept strictly outside of the home so that the 50/50 equality expectations are maintained?
I have experienced this more than once where I was expected to pay for my half of everything and I was also providing homecooked meals as well. Sometimes it's less expensive to eat out, than at home. So I stopped inviting the dates for homecooked meals, as it became a financial strain trying to maintain the "equal" status, when in fact, it was lopsided.
Mistake Number 1: Telling them you can Cook.
Mistake Number 2: Letting them see you can actually cook.
Mistake Number 3. Always show a Full Menu with cost of items.
Pisam: Eh? Where did this come from? I said it does wonders to my ego if a woman approaches me first. This is a very personal statement about my feelings. No connection about other men or women! No woman is my property. That's what I mean by a "Doormat"...a woman who is willing to be treated like a mans property and tolerate any kind of aggressive or abusive behavior...believe you me, there are many around like this...but somehow I can not respect such a woman and that's not the kind I seek...but then, again, its only me...each to his/her own.
mnowsa: How do i know if women take rejection as easy as men?! Well..you can try getting rejected by men and then share your experience (ie. how it feels to get rejected) with us..
As for men taking rejection, let's just say that if we men don't take rejection easily, you women would never probably be able to give birth to those cute little babies and thus populate this world
I have been rejected, and shared my experience here in this thread It happens......to everyone! No exception. The only difference is how quick you are able to stand up and keep going
No issues Lannna. It happens to all of us. English is not my first language and despite best efforts I do sometimes make a mistake in my choice of words! Have a good evening/day...
