This will help Neutralise and decide how you prefare to be loved, by doing so, you protect your heart from being broken.

it's the japanese custom of repairing broken pottery with gold, and it is based on the philosphy of kintsugi which treats the repair as part of the history of the object and enhances it. it's about embracing the flawed or imperfect in not only objects, but also in ourselves.
so we aren't broken, but sometimes we need time to accept the changes in our lives.
