I don't think the Corrs wear matching dresses. But then I don't watch them much, so couldn't be sure.

Celiac Thunder is a male group, and Celiac Woman is self-explanatory
So I'd go for the latter,
Forgive my ignorance. But yeah I'm pretty sure it was them. seems they've had a few different line-ups and I couldnt see the guy, the show I saw maybe 1 or 2 had curly hair but all the others had the same hair.

They would hardly be known over here. There are lots of 'Celtic' groups on tour since River dance went global, that are never seen here.
I think the main pre-requisite is to be pretty. If you can sing too it is a bonus.
Bit like Fosters lager hey, you'd struggle to find it or anybody who drinks it here.
