A dog is a pack animal and acts accordingly. If one of a number of things go wrong they can be or become vicous or dangerous, even to their owner. Ordinarily their devotion and loyalty is legendary.
In response to: can a dog have mental health issue's
Of course they do, they go a bit mad if they're neglected and left on their own too long. It stresses them. You only need watch animal rescue programmes, if you haven't seen it in reality. The ill treatment of some dogs (and other animals) is just abominable. Some dogs may be vicious but overall they've been damn good to humans and so have horses. A lady with alzheimers was found dead a while ago after going missing with her King Charles Cavalier. He had stayed by her side for hours and died with her. And they're not the smartest of dogs.
pedro27: all dogs have a semi wild in them even though domesticated, some dogs can turn wicked and kill,i always keep that in mind!!
....................................................hmmmm- change the dogs to humans.......sure, people, dogs, cats, birds, bugs and all other creatures can develop schizoid tendencies.......I am sure all have encountered wild, crazed folks on this site........
